Believing that anyone can rebel against self-limitation, Martyn has been training people for well over a decade. 

Any topic can be turned into engaging and interesting learning and it's from this belief that Martyn designs and delivers programmes that people love. 

Having been a Recruitment Consultant and enjoying the on-site inductions the most, Martyn sought a role that offered him the opportunity to train people.

Starting off by running job search programmes with unemployed people, Martyn found that he was adept at engaging people on their level and helping them to find their potential through training.

While working for Northamptonshire NHS Foundation Trust Martyn developed his skills further, gaining his CIPD Diploma in L&D practice and TAP certificate in L&D Consultancy.

Having run many successful programmes for staff in the NHS Martyn moved to the Private Sector with Travis Perkins plc, facilitating a national change project. Martyn then spent 4 and a half years with Cordant Group as an L&D Consultant.

Rebellious came to mind in 2020 when Martyn knew that he had to offer his own brand of bespoke L&D for other rebels needing learning solutions.
